ECETOC workshop on carcinogenicity leads to in-depth activity in the U.S.

A recent report on assessing chemical carcinogenicity details the outcome of a Toxicology Forum workshop held in late 2020.

The original proposal for this US-led gathering originated at a 2019 ECETOC workshop held in Helsinki, of which a full report is available here. The ECETOC event led U.S. regulators to suggest the need for a follow-up activity, which resulted in a 4-day online workshop.
